Who I Am
My name is Benjamin Neenyi Assefua Ghunney. I am a 27-year-old civic leader, community development practitioner, business strategist, growth consultant, proposal writer, and aspiring legal and diplomatic practitioner based in Winneba, Ghana.
As Founding Chairman of the Effutu Civic Committee and National Coordinator of YouthGovGh, I have designed over thirty structured initiatives addressing child protection, coastal governance, youth employment, community safety, health, culture, and economic development across the Effutu Municipality.
I am non-partisan. My work engages every political administration, every community, and every institution without allegiance to any party. That independence is the foundation of everything I build.
I am a fast learner who functions at all levels, from grassroots community engagement to formal statutory proposals to national ministry dialogue. I adopt quickly, contribute meaningfully, and bring strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented discipline to every engagement.
I am currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Business Administration with a Financial Planning focus at the University of the People on a full scholarship, alongside active training in Programme Management.
Languages spoken:
From QR-coded transport safety systems to a non-profit private security company model, I translate real community problems into structured, creative, and sustainable solutions.
My proposals cite Ghanaian statute directly and precisely, giving them institutional credibility and enforceability with assemblies, agencies, and donors.
I lead from within the community, not from outside it. That makes every framework I design authentic, contextually precise, and trusted by the people it serves.
As a business strategist and growth consultant, I bring commercial thinking to community development, creating initiatives that are viable, scalable, and economically empowering.
In Action
These are not concepts. They are delivered programmes, executed on the ground in Effutu, with real partners and real community impact.

CompletedStrategic Support
I have built two organisations, designed over thirty community initiatives, executed four programmes, secured a municipal assembly office, and achieved ministerial-level engagement, all without external funding. What I have demonstrated with nothing is the strongest possible argument for what I can deliver with support. I am not asking for charity. I am inviting strategic investors in community transformation to join work that is already in motion.
